Trantor T130B Driver. Ok, here you get some hopefully helpfull information. After hard times of searching, I finally made it. I got it the Driver for the T130B alias NCR53c400.

It was all I needed for the Dos install. But you might need Disk 2. Get it from the adress above.
Win95 has got it's own Drivers provided. S. a. for NT-Drivers.
