Execute cy_ni9X.exe and the install should go well, if any trouble then;
Copy the inf files into:
%\windows\inf\ or
%\windows\inf\other\ AND copy the sys files into %\windows\
Turn the HD-338-UTC power off and on again with the HD-338-UTC front switch and the drive in the enclosure will be recognized immediately and software will install after windows creates a driver database. This enclosure also works well with WindowsXP which apparently has the driver built in.
