Toshiba NWCOMBO2 Driver. I SEARCHED FOREVER AND FOUND MY DISK, I AM USING IT WITH MY TOSHIBA BUT MAY WORK WITH OTHERS. MADE BY NEW MEDIA CORP. FOR NOTEWORTHY ( TOSHIBA'S) BRAND NAME MAY WORK FOR OTHER OPERATING SYSTEMS. I HAVE SEEN IT REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIMES. ENJOY HAS BOTH DRIVERS FOR SCSI AND SOUND ZIPED UP USE Pkunzip -d-$ j9msoundscsi.zip to perserve to subdirectory structure or other.. zipped it up to perserve actural structure on the original floppy that came with my card. for use with combo scsi and sound cards but may work for others by New Media the Manufacturer for Toshiba, and Toshiba does not have this on their website. enjoy
