Install instructions: Unzip to a floppy. Install driver first then restart PC then put reader into PC.
When installed on Win2000, gets detected as PCI or CardBus Bridge, so need to point it to the "RICOH R/RL/5C476(II) or Compatible CardBus Controller" driver located in pcmcia.inf on diskett.
