Intel Driver. Tried your site for drivers for w95 for intel bx440 chipset to drive 82371ab/eb + pci bridge +usb -found bramide.exe_oemusb.exe, which worked first time then gave problems.This driver drives all the above and Aopen give a list of compatable chipsets (with some comments). Driver is listed as Aopen config utility u 2.00.02, is 738k, and installs/ runs without any problems -possibly because i'm using an aopen mb -but they say it should work on others. CLICK INSTALL AND SIT BACK
